Quick Q. I find myself in a situation where I would like to put a cable box and my fios router (MoCA) in the same room but the room only has one coax jack in the wall. Its an apartment I'm renting so I'd rather not deal with having another one installed.

I'm aware that splitting reduces the signal, but my question is will this work? I don't see a reason why it wouldn't. Can anyone confirm that they have done this, successfully or unsuccessfully?
