Is there a MoCA extender that supports speeds of 150/150?

I have one computer that requires a wired internet connection, and my router is in that room for that reason. However, I wanted to upgrade my speeds from 75/75 to 150/150 and I realized that this requires an ethernet connection between the ONT and the router. This is a problem for me because they are at opposite ends of my house, and I want to avoid running an ethernet cable outside of my walls (my house is wired for coax inside the walls, so no wires are visible and I want to keep it that way). So, a Fios tech suggested putting the router in the same room as the ONT (thus eliminating my wire problem) and then using an extender in the room with the computer that needs a wired connection, and connecting that computer directly to the extender (via ethernet) instead of the router. The problem with this however is that after talking to someone about doing this, he was told that the extender (at least when used in this scenario) can only support 100/100 speeds, not 150/150... and so that wired computer would only get 100/100 speeds at most. Soooo, my question is... 1) is this accurate? and 2) is there an extender I can use for this purpose that WOULD allow for the full 150/150 speeds? Thanks in advance for any help.
