Hi guys. So currently I have 50/50 and the box runs via a coaxial cable to my Quantum Gateway router. I was planning on upgrading to 150/150 since it was only $30 more for triple the current speed, but when I viewed my estimated bill before checking out, I noticed a hidden one-time service upgrade fee for $50 that was only the first of 3 installments. When I tried 100/100, there didn't seem to be a service upgrade fee on the estimated bill.
Question 1: Is there a chance it's hidden for the 100/100 tier and I'll see the fee when the real bill comes?
Question 2: Is there any other ways I can get around the service upgrade fee? (I'd much prefer the 150/150 speed since it's a better value if possible)
Thanks for taking the time to read and response.
