since receiving a banner (which is now gone) across "myverizon" site about switching some users to new billing system oct 12, i haven't been able to view payments applied to our account. when i follow the links to view payment history i end up here https://www.verizon.com/ForYourHome/ebillpay/code/PaymentHistory_New.aspx#payment_historytab and instead of seeing a list of last 12 payments, i see this "You do not qualify for any online bill payment options at this time. Please contact your local business office for further information." Anyone else getting this? can anyone provide the url for your payment history if it is working for you and it is different than mine? thanks in advance!
