For the past couple of weeks I've been getting really low upload speeds, ( 35Mbps) but I have a lot of problems uploading. Often when uploading a large file the connection simply times out. I made a little screencast doing the same task over my T-Mobile 3G hot spot vs hooked into the router over ethernet -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbiKIj0eeFc
I've tried a bunch of things...
1) Replacing the ActionTec FiOS router (Rev. I by the way)
2) Moving the router to a different coax outlet
3) Having a tech come out who ended up rebooting the ONT box which seemed to help my upload problem a little bit but after a few hours it was back to under 1Mbps.
My problem sounds similar to this thread http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r28113929-Very-slow-upload-speeds-starts-out-OK-then-slows-down- which seemed to resolve itself by magic.
What should I tell Verizon so they can get to the bottom of this issue?
