Noticed that webpages were taking much longer to load. Ran a speedtest and my uploads hover around 14-16Mbps. No other issues. Just noticed this morning. Had some issues with latency several weeks ago (spent an hour on the phone with tech support then, optimized my system, problem ended up being related to an area wide problem and was fixed a few days later), and as a result, my system is optimized. Didn't know where or how to report this issue. Attached is a speedtest. I am directly connected to the router. No recent changes to my system. I'm in Richmond, VA. Any advice or help?
