[Pricing] Fios Pricing Then and Now

Okay, bit of backstory: I lived with a friend in a different city and we had Fios. He paid for it for a few months, then I paid for it. (Two separate accounts, once he cancelled, I activated) I got married. Moved to a new location. We had to get BrightHouse now. I'm paying $75+ for 30/3mbps now. Previously, I was getting 75/35 for 59.99 because my location was "Fiber Ready." Now, I've got a new house built that I'll be closing on in two weeks! However, they're telling me the same service is going to cost me 79.99 for a two-year contract. Previously I only had it month-to-month! They said this is because my brand new home has obviously never had Fios, thus it is not "Fiber Ready." Does anyone have any advice here? I'd really love to get that price again. I absolutely despise BrightHouse because they are so much more expensive for much lower service quality. I've considered getting basic 25/25 or 50/50 (The HBO Dual play looks pretty good) just to make my home "fiber ready" and then upgrade from there to a two-year contract for the better price. Is that possible? How can I make my new home Fiber Ready? Thanks for taking the time to read my plea for help.
