I just wanted to get a rough count of the people who seem to have lost some downstream bandwidth during the upgrade to the "symmetrical" tiers.
Information such as BPON/GPON, Previous Tier, Bundle Type, and Off/On-Contract should help.
If you have done anything to remedy this with customer service or whatever, please let us know too, as that would be the goal here to possibly find a remedy for this situation.
I had BPON 50/25 and was consistently getting 58.5/44.1 and after the upgrade, my connection dropped to about 49.5/71.1Mbps. The extra upload is nice, but not at the cost of download...
