[Billing] my.verizon.com is totally screwed up!

Ok. I have an e-mail address, that's not provided by my ISP. I use that e-mail with my verizon account, for notifications. I am a current FIOS subscriber. I recently, on my DSLX line, ordered FIOS for a relative. I gave them my e-mail for use with order status notifications, since that person had no ISP-independent e-mail address, and they had just cancelled their prior ISP. I punched in the relative's address when ordering. One of the e-mails that I got, regarding the new FIOS order, wanted me to click on a link to verify the order or install date or something like that. So I did. It prompted me to create a new my.verizon.com account. So I did. That was also done over my DSLX line. Tonight, I wanted to see if I could downgrade my current FIOS service, to save money. So I connected to my FIOS line, and went to my my.verizon.com account. Instead of showing me the various available packages, it popped up a screen, that I can't get past, with my relative's order info! Even though, I'm not logged in with their my.verizon.com 's account, but mine. So I'm afraid that I've gotten locked out of the package chooser page on my.verizon.com.
