Using a second Actiontec Router to extend my wireless network

My main verizon router is the M1424-WR-Rev G. It receives its connection from the ONT via a Coax. Certain areas of my house get poor or no internet connection from my wireless network. Hardwiring these rooms with ethernet/CAT 5 would be difficult or near impossible. Fortunately there is coax in these areas off of which I currently have STBs connected which work fine. I have two extra Actiontec M1424-WR-Rev F routers lying around. I'd like to configure them so they can be connected to the coax in these areas and then used so devices can access my wireless network using them as some form of booster/repeater/extender/access point/etc. Not sure how they would be classified ?MOCA bridge, etc. I'd like to be able to use their wireless capabilities as well as their wired ability via their rear ethernet ports. In the Verizon Online Fios FAQ section on 3.0 ,Networking, 3.2 MOCA where would the best instructions on how to accomplish this be located? I tried something similar in the past but always seem to run into issues where it causes interference with my current wireless network. Thank you
