FIOS IPv6 Prefixes, Router Question

Two questions about FIOS and IPv6 (whenever it is available): 1. Will the prefix be dynamic? I imagine that they'll probably assign dynamic /48s to their current dynamic IPv4 customers, but I couldn't find any docs on that one way or another. 2. Can you configure the router to NOT assign IPs within the network? The only options it offers are stateful and stateless, and I may want to run my own DHCPv6 server in which case I just want my router to forward packets it receives and leave the LAN alone. I'm trying to get a sense for how I'll manage my LAN once I make the switch to IPv6, and I'd like to avoid NAT. However, if the prefix is dynamic then all my internal hosts will have to also be dynamic, which means that my internal DHCP/DNS needs to be coordinated with that. I couldn't find any examples online of anybody who has dynamic IPv6 working with DNS on the LAN.
