I am trying to run my MI424WR-GEN3I as a network bridge and use my Asus RT-N56U as my primary router. This setup works fine for about 2-4 days before it stops working.
It looks like that when I run things this way, after the few days I have to reboot everything (including my ONT) to bring everything back up. The only thing I think might be making a difference is that the router renews the WAN lease every 1 hour instead of every 2 hours. Would this make a difference?
Any suggestions would be appreciated, as I can't stand using the Verizon router for any more then a bridge.
