Does the 48v power supply that charges the backup battery also power the ONT?
It seems that the power supply died today and I have very little time left on the backup battery left so I'm looking for some outside of the box thinking on how to cope with this.
Basically support thinks that Monday is the earliest that they can come and I'm too crafty to sit around without TV waiting for them to fix this.
I was thinking of taking 4 computer power supplies and running the 12v rail in parallel to feed the unit until they can get around to fixing it.
Thoughts? Better options?
