ONT cat 5 + RG-59 replacement, BBU power cable re-run?

The RG-59 and CAT 5(for phone) cable run from my Verizon FIOS ONT into my house is badly run. They're run about 25 feet along the outside of my house where the foundation meets the siding and enter through a hole in the siding towards the back of my house. From there it's run parallel to the romex feeding the electrical outlet in the garage where the BBU is plugged in. Once inside from the garage, it's electrical taped and zip tied to the insulation of a hot water pipe in my mud room before entering my crawl space. I'm looking at re-running the RG-59 and running a new Cat 6 cable for switching to my own router. I have quad-shield outdoor-rated RG-6 for the run from the ONT into the house and outdoor rated cat6, which came shielded (FTP-style). I'll reuse the existing cat 5 phone cable, since I don't even use their phone service. I have a couple questions: 1.) The Verizon ONT has a thicker coaxial-type cable that appears to run inside to the BBU. This is run parallel and zip tied to the RG-59 for the TV/Internet AND the Cat 5 for the phone the entire way (25-30 ft). Is this going to be an interference issue? I know you typically shouldn't run low voltage signal cable parallel to power. 2.) I want to have these in a paintable conduit instead of bare wire. I don't like using zip ties on networking cable that might see a bunch of hot/cold cycles outdoors. I'm thinking maybe a 3/4" or 1" metal conduit with the ends sealed with indoor/outdoor duct seal or clear silicone to prevent bugs. There's room to run conduit hangers. Does this sound reasonable? Thanks!
