I noticed some very low download speeds so I did the usual tests at speedtest in and around the NYC metro area and my speeds were normal.
Then I thought to do the test with servers from across the nation and some are terrible, particularly from the West Coast.
Anyone seeing similar results and/or are aware of some trouble somewhere?
