Trying to move my family from TWC to Fios.
Fios is literally next to them , I am on Fios but I am in Brooklyn.
I went to direct forums I even showed them pictures but they gave me a copy and paste response.
What is the best way to find out avaibility? time warner is just horrible.. they are paying 80$ for 50/5 almost same price I will get them on fios 75/35 + prime HD.
EDIT: went on chat and got a number to consumer sales dept.
This is the first person who tried to help me. He filled a request to engeenering team because it's so close to me he said there is good chance to order fios next week.
People say VZW customer service is bad but this guy was outstanding.
