[Networking] COAX to ethernet bridge\switch

Trying not to bore anymore holes through my walls. Is there a way of getting ethernet from the COAX before it goes into the HD STB? Want put wired ethernet to all my devices in my AV center without having to run a new ethernet line from switch\router in the basement. I currently have RG6 Quad shielded (Belden) going to the FIOS 7XXX HD STB. Is there a device that will allow me to pull ethernet (hopefully 1G) to a 5 port NETGEAR switch that I then can run to a Media player, XBOX 360, Blu Ray... A MOCA adapter??? Thanks, Questor7
