Hi!
Had an interesting experience with Fios and my landlord.
I noted that you can fill a report at 311 site if Fios is not available to you.
I said, hmm, let me try that, but before i do it, let me ask my landlord (Bronstein Properties) if Verizon reached out to them about installing Fios in our building.
Well, the property manager, lets call him Liar Doe, replied stating that Verizon never reached out to them and that if they did, there was no guarantee that they would have access to the building.
I said, ok, let me fill that 311 report and see where it goes.
I got a response from Verizon, Mr. Freshwater and he claimed that they indeed reached out to the landlord and he refused to allow access. I replied "but the manager said they never heard from your company!".
His response was "We spoke with Mr. Liar Doe and Liar Doe#2 (not sure who that second person is) and also provided dates when they reached out and that the response was "we got an active refusal".
Mind you, I never mentioned the property manager name to verizon, so looks like indeed, they did reached out.
Not sure what will be the next step for me, perhaps rally the neighbors or something like that, but meanwhile, I continue to be a TWC victim.
Hope this helps someone here.
