Hi Folks, around 9:30 tonight (6-1-2016) I lost all internet. Checked the router and it was available but no upstream ping. I rebooted everything but I still have packet loss. I tried a chat session with Verizon but that was useless. Anyone else experiencing packet loss in the philly area? I'm in the Harleysville area, Montgo.
