I am still some time away from renewal of my contract but I am getting a link with a renewal offer when I sign in to the account. However, while it says that the offer is to renew my existing services, it only says that the quote includes voice, Internet, and TV. We also currently have a couple of premium channels and a block of five static IPs. Should I assume that these are included in the quote? I tried to call and chat but no one can seem to see the quote. They can only work up a new quote. Does anyone know what the online option to "keep Existing Services" for renewal includes as it seems to be a more favorable offer? Thanks.
