New to FIOS

I have the install scheduled in two weeks. Triple pay, 1 tv 100/100 Mbps Internet and phone. Did not care about tv since I have DirecTV but it was cheaper to do the triple pay than just Internet and voice. I could use one of the tvs with Fios and keep the other two with directv. The townhouse previous owner had Fios as I see the ONT box at the back of the house wall. I have two coaxial cables running from the back of the house, one to the main level one to the basement. The one to the basement is used by my current Internet provider (Cox), the one to the main level for DirecTV, including the wireless video bridge for the two wireless Genie Minis I have. The coax run in the main level cannot be used for Fios since it will be kept for DirecTV. While I can use the coax run to the basement for Fios (as a matter of fact the tv connected to Fios tv will be the one in the basement), I really want the Fios modem / router be located in the main level, close to where my media center is (4K 65" tv, Apple TV , etc). As such, new wires need to be laid in the main level for Fios. In addition, the location is by the front of the house (ONT box is at the back). Would the technician be able to run a coax cable from the back of the house to the front from outside? Would they be willing to drill a hole in the wall? I certainly don't want to have cables running on the hardwood floors all the way from the back patio door through dining room and living room. Or can they relocate the ONT box to the front of the house walls and open the hole from there? Obviously the Verizon people on the phone I placed the order don't tell you much, so any help is appreciated!
