It looks like those of moving away from Verizon to Frontier have network routes out of the Frontier.net network that are handled by Level 3, at least in Southern California. Latency actually seems better than alter.net with Verizon. I thought I would ask here what you all think about Level 3's reputation, quality, performance, whatever. Comments?
