This is odd,
My two year contract started in September, 2014, and should have ended exactly two years later (September, 2016)
In January, 2016, a move order was in place and was assured that my current contract would be retained and that there were 7 months remaining the contract.
After the move order completed, my online account was stuck on a pending order status until recently, when I brought this to the attention of Verizon's customer service.
Just the other day, my the pending order status was resolved, and I was finally able to customize and add / remove services.
However, I noticed, my contract end date displays January, 2017 (10 Months Remaining) which definitely seems to be an error.
What should I do to resolve this?
