[Business] SMPT server on business Fios

Hi, I'm looking at getting a business Fios connection with static IP. I run a mail server. Can anyone say for sure whether Verizon does or does not block outgoing port 25? Please include a link if possible. I have seen documents on various Verizon sites saying both that they do and that they don't. Port 587 is of no interest. Thanks in advance.
