Replace Actiontec MI424WR with another router that has guest WiFi

I have FIOS internet and phone for my business. For internet there is a CAT5 cable that comes out of the Fios boxes and that plugs into the Ethernet connection on the Actiontec MI424WR router. There is no coax connection to the router. I want to provide guest WiFi (separate from the WiFi our business uses) for clients. This Actiontec router does not have this ability. Would it just be a matter of buying, e.g. a D-Link, router that has the ability to have a guest account and just plug the CAT5 cable into the new router and then configure the router via the client computer attached to the router? What else would need to be done? Thanks
