Hi: I recently renewed with a 2 year agreement for Ultimate which included 75/75 internet and also got my daughter, who lives in Maryland to sign up for internet via referral program. For some reason they gave her 100/100 internet for less money that I pay for the full triple play package - and she gets better speed. I called to ask for the 100/100 and was told it isn't available except for new customers. Is this any way to reward referrals and why am I disadvantaged simply because I've been a long-time loyal customer.
Any suggestions - fyi - my daughter is a college student and I am paying for her service too!
