[Networking] No DHCP After Upgrade to 75/75

I've had no contact for 5 years now and for the last year they've been increasing my monthly price by $5 each billing cycle. So I've basically been forced into a contract. A contract at the same price i was paying equated to 75/75. I have a pfSense router. Every since the upgrade earlier today I've been unable to obtain an IP from their DHCP on the pfSense box. I waited on hold for 2.5 hours and finally got someone on the line. They wouldn't do anything until I put an Actiontec router back on the line. So I did that and they performed a release/renew on their side. Internet was then working. I tried to release and put the pfSense back on there but again it won't pick up an IP. The Actiontec wont even renew an IP. What am I supposed to do at this point? I spent another 6 hours on hold and I'm not able to get ahold of any human. I've been cut off while on hold twice. I was finally able to get ahold of someone in billing and i tried to cancel my account but I was cut off from them as well. I've honestly never experienced such terrible support/service before. That includes years of Comcast. I'm obviously incredibly frustrated at this point and not sure what to do as 24/7 internet is critical to my job as is a third party router that allows me to filter traffic geographically like pfSense does. I don't have any more time to waste on hold so I'm just going to have to spend the next few days in the office. Any help would be appreciated.
