Verizon has suddenly started marking innocent email as spam

:( Verizon started marking our Boy Scout Email Address as a sender of Spam about three weeks ago. No notice. No communication with us. They just blocked everything. When it started, all we received was an email reply saying the mail was blocked by their detector as Spam. We have followed their directions for three weeks on multiple emails trying to get them to unblock the mail. (We only send simple non-controversial day to day emails about troop camping trips, meetings, etc. to about 40 scouts in Troop 49 in Queens, NY.) Never any Spam. They can easily check everything we have sent on their SMTP servers to see they are totally innocent. Yet after three weeks and probably 15 requests to them (following their sparse instructions) They did nothing! We are still blocked as of today. They allow no communication with any human. Totally radio silent. We are thinking of giving up on Verizon soon as they don't care about their customers. (we have been FIOS clients for many years since it first was available in NYC) There is no way to even escalate to their management since they have removed all email addresses and basically hide behind a wall of silence. If anyone knows how to escalate to their management I'd really appreciate the info. -- regards, Lou
