Here is what I have:
House is wired for cable (coax in every room)
internet, phone and cable tv
ONT in garage
Router (Fios branded actiontec)
HP laserjet 2100 connected via cat5 (could be cat 6, not sure)
Magic Jack connected via Magic Jack supplied ethernet cable
ADT Pulse connected via cat5 (could be cat 6, not sure)
2 lenovo laptops and 1 LG G4 and 1 iphone 5s connected via wifi
2 cable boxes, 1 standard definition and 1 dvr (Hi def)
For the past few days (it may have been longer, but this is when I first noticed it) internet has been dropping intermittently. It usually lasts for a good while, and has been short as 15 minutes. When internet drops, the phone and TV's still work and I can see all other devices internally, I just have no outside connection.
The router was replaced the other day and I still have the problem.
Verizon is coming back tomorrow. In the past I have had alot of success with verizon techs except for this time.
Any suggestions or tips anyone has to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
