Why is that Field Technicians are not trained to use the Spirent Tool to run MOS Tests (i.e. VOD Scoring)? The ongoing video-on-demand issues I've been having have been well appreciated thanks to the VOD Scoring. Today, the technician who visited, wasn't able configure the tool to run the tests. The tech told me that customers hardly complain of VOD issues unless its something serious at the Central Office. The other day, the VOD Scoring successfully performed by the other tech, clearly disclosed the VOD problem; the pixelation correlated very well with the graph. However, the tests have yet to be escalated to the Central Office.
