Choppy Video Playback on Video on Demand Service

I've been experiencing Choppy Video on Video on Demand Service (Both SD & HD) for many weeks now. The technician attempted to troubleshoot. I replaced the splitter, coxial cable, and HD Set top Box as per their Instructions; I had to place a $24.88 order through Verizon's Fios Accessories Store, and there have been no improvements to the playback quality via Video on Demand. This is utterly frustrating, and I'm upset with how this has been handled. I've also checked and ensured all connections were secured and tightened, but no improvement was seen over the video playback. I've already requested for support via VZ_Direct, but would also still greatly appreciate everyone's input here. Thanks a lot. -- Light Travels at 299,792,458 m/s
