I upgraded to 100/100 at my parent's place since they were offering a free Quantum router (and allowed me to keep my old one so I could use in my apartment to get rid of the rental charge). When I saw the bill come in, I was in shock because instead of being the normal $5.00 as promised, it was about $15 more. I looked through the bill and I see this:

I had no clue why this happened nor was there any notification on my bills (I checked them diligently), so I called up Verizon, and they told me that this was the normal rate for the package and my previous price was subject to change. Spoke to a manager and they said that the change in rate should have been indicated on my July bill. But there was nothing there other than a change in a Local NY fee. What should I do?
