Install is screwed up

Preface: i'm angry right now.... My parents had Fios TV and internet installed today. TV seems fine, internet is screwed up beyond belief. They are suppsoed to be on the 50/50, but is testing at like 5/7. The tech did not leave any info whatoever. No wifi info/passwords, account info, nothing. Many devices in the house need wifi, but can't log into it. No paperwork with any sort of contact numbers to call anyone. I would browse the website, but the internet is slow as molasses. And oh by the way, what they quoted in price is WAY different on the paper they left. By like $50 without fees! Really Verizon?? I hope this isnt a sign of what to expect from Verizon, they will be uninstalling this just as fast as they fast talked their way into this account! Can someone provide a way for me to call or otherwise contact someone for the info I need to finish what they didn't complete? -- | map your city |
