Setup with MI424WR-Rev I in Bridge Mode via »How-to: Make Actiontec MI424WR Revision I (Rev.I) a Network and using Netgear R7000 as main router and DHCP server (This was working for several months)

ONT to Actiontec MI424WR-Rev I Router via Coax
MI424WR-Rev I bridged and Wireless is turned off
Ethernet from Lan 1 on MI424WR to WAN of Netgear R7000
The Netgear obtained an IP address from Verizon and can access the internet
Ethernet from Lan 4 of MI424WR to Lan 4 of Netgear R7000
MI424WR is set for 192.168.5.1
R70000 is set for 10.0.0.1
PC attached to Netgear via Ethernet Port 1
Hue Hub attached to Netgear via Port 2
USB 3.0 Hard drive attached to R7000 USB 3.0 Port
1st Floor Family Room:
TIVO Roamio Plus connected via MOCA, FIOS Cable Card for TV
Actionetc WCB3000N connected via MOCA and attached to Ethernet Switch for Apple TV, Yamaha Stereo Receiver, Xbox 360 repeating Netgear R7000 WIFI
2nd Floor Bedroom:
TIVO Mini connected via MOCA
Actiontec ECB2500C connected via MOCA and attached via Ethernet to 2nd Apple TV
WIFI access to: 2 1st Floor Macbooks, 2 First Floor Ipad's, 1 2nd Floor Ipad Mini, 2 Iphones, 1 First Floor Roku Stick, Wink Hub, Printer/Scanner, Nest Protect, Honeywell Thermostats, Amazon Echo, D-Link Security Camera's
When I attach the Ethernet cable from the MI424WR lan 4 port to the R7000 lan 4 port to allow MOCA, the R7000 will drop WIFI
If I unplug the ethernet cable, WIFI is available again to all devices, but MOCA is not available
