Hey guys few days ago I had a tech come because I was upgrading from 75/75 to 100/100 and the tech had actually given me the new gateway router so now I have my own router in my room and where the gateway router is my mother has her own it actually worked out much better for us then before. Anyway let's get to the point when the tech came he didn't take back the old actiontec router so what I'm I suppose to do with it? I am on the grandfathered no charge for their router rental plan,he also left his papers with his appoitments it had information of other customers as well as ont models,terminal street addresses etc... I wasn't too happy with that guy as well. That is because he just wanted to do it as quickly as possible he had actually not much work to do just switch ont to ethernet and activate the gateway router.
Nearest Fios KIOSK is like 40-50 min away by subway I am in NYC area. What can you guys suggest?
