First couple of months after join FiOS, I have to call CS for honoring the promotional price + Verizon connection discounts. Every time to call them, it took a while to wait then promised to fix the billing issues but went on and on.
It's down to one main reason because I went through months to tech supports for Verizon is blocking traffic on certain sites and services, there is no easy fix. I tired the only other option in my zip code, a cable company and realize they didn't block the sites I want. In minutes, I paid Verizon ETF to get rid of their service on May 31th, 2015.
Verizon shutted down all stores in SoCal market to sell to Frontier and returning to UPS store is the only option for returning the equipments.
Returned their equipment on time as soon as the box came in to UPS but they didn't received in till next month, and Verizon still charged me for next bill.
Finally notified me they got the box on July 1st. Today July 23rd, 2015, they said that I didn't return cable M card thus they are not refunding my extra month of charge but more charge due to ETF as well.
From mentioned experience, I took a picture how cable card is packed with Verizon's return box just in case. I can't believe that I still hit to the jackpot. This is totally the nasty company to go with.
If a company always steal your money in anyway, how can they provide good service?! They steal all the way.
