I sent verizon my stb's back in April, have a receipt from UPS with tracking number and number of stb returned. I was told in June don't worry about it, it takes long for all boxes to get cataloged since they did receive it but only gave me credit for one box. Here we are in July and now get a notice from a collection agency that they are collecting over $700 for those supposedly un-returned boxes. Any way to resolve without having to take them to court?
