I have a WCB3000N Moca bridge that I use with my Quantum service. I bought this because people had said that it works seamlessly with your main router. I have the router on one side of my house and the WCB on the other side of my house to provide adequate coverage throughout. What I'm noticing is that if I'm in the room where the WCB is located, and then move my computer to the other side of the house, the connection drops. It seems that the computer is losing the connection to the WCB and then not automatically picking up the signal from my main router.
The WCB seems to have it's own network name. I have SSID xxxxx on my router, and xxxxx-5G coming from the WCB. Shouldn't it all be the same SSID? Am I doing something wrong?
