I just received in my inbox an offer from TWC for a year of 50 internet + TV (which means broadcast) for $45 a month. The only charge is $3ish for broadcast fee and a few bucks if I want a cablecard. They were also throwing in SHO for $10+ rebate on STB.
VERY tempting...
