[Billing] Do you think Verizon might help me out?

Hi, We originally signed up for a pretty nice Promotion when I ordered my FiOS triple play. A few weeks ago, we decided to upgrade tv package because we wanted a few channels that didn't come with the promotion. I did this using Verizon's website. At the last page, I saw a small warning saying adding additional services could remove any promotions. Well, I went through with it and now I lost my nice deal... all because I wanted to ADD more services. Has anybody done this before and got Verizon to re-apply promotion? Asking here first because if most people say no, I suppose I'll just have to downgrade my internet and tv packages rather than sitting in queue on Verizon's phone lines. Thanks!
