How does the percentage in the Networking tab of Windows Task Manager (I am using Win7, but I assume the other versions have the same tab) relate to bandwidth used?
I realize if its a 1Gbps networking adapter then 15% would equal 150Mbps, but does that screen equate to bandwidth from FIOS as well? For example, in the scenario in the last sentence, if it hits 15%, then that is the max that can be done at one time?
