I was supposed to get 5k rewards points (50$) at end of march it would show pending 5k points then it stopped showing it,I assumed few days later I should have it.
Nope.. still waiting and called 4 times my rewards+ team they keep on telling me they added note to my case and info was passed to supervisor.
Should I simply file BBB complaint ? I am running out of ideas.. never had issue with referrals on verizon always was on time,this time it just looks like no one wants to help..
from date of referral it is supposed to take 65 days (installation date of my friends service was Feb 04,2015) on April 1st they created a ticket to fix it.
