Hi,
I have an account with a content provider who has a Roku channel. Of late, that channel's performance has really fallen off: buffering issues, slow loads, etc.
I also have a Hulu account and the Hulu channel on the Roku is just fine, as is the PBS channel. I do have issues with Vudu occasionally.
I have 75/75 Quantum Fios - just upgraded last week. I did NOT get a new router. The content provider's issues started a few weeks before that.
The content provider tells me that my home network is "severely congested." Here's a traceroute.
