Does anyone else get constant buffering while watching streams on twitch.tv? It doesn't seem to be a connection issue. While streams are buffering, I can still get my full 50/50 on speedtests, and I tested by downloading misc things and get full speed.
Only twitch streaming is slow from what I can test. I also tried connecting to my mobile via hotspot, and the buffering is gone.
I read that Verizon has a bad connection to level3 (twitches cdn)? Anyone else have this or anything I can do?
