Sometimes I've noticed (Currently happening) that download speeds consistently drop to 3Mbps (I have 50/50 service). Sometimes some websites will timeout. I've seen this happen more in the evenings, then again I'm not at home during the day. Uploads are always very fast.
Verizon sent a technician over on Christmas eve, everything was working then. I just called again, and they said they have no clue why it is happening and will send another technician, but will likely not fix it. I'm at a loss, I don't know what to do since I can't really do anything. Can anyone help? I've tried running some tracert 's but don't know what they mean.
