As some of you may remember I needed to switch to Cox because of temporarily moving into an apartment. To my surprise the services are way better than I was expecting. So, that leads me to a question when we move again in a few months and have the option of switching back to Verizon.
How are the streaming services doing on Verizon now? We are using iTunes, HuluPlus, Netflix, and Prime. Everything loads at HD quality almost instantaneously on Cox.
When I had Verizon this was not the case and a lot of times I would never get the HD feed to play.
I suspect there was an issue between the CO and our house (because of some TV PQ issues), but it does sour my taste a bit and makes me hesitant to switch back.
At any rate, just trying to figure out what to do when I need to make a decision. One big advantage for Verizon is that the house currently has FiOS so I can do a self install and not have to set up any appointments.
Any info regarding the streaming services quality would be appreciated.
