After 17 years with Comcast I finally switched to FIOS a few weeks ago. Last night I hooked up a 19 inch LED TV in our bedroom without a set-top box. The QAM tuner works well and picks up a whole bunch of channels, except there is no channel guide available.
I know companies are unwilling to provide QAM channel listings, but for giggles I thought I would ask anyway.
The transcript of my chat session with Verizon Tech Support/Customer Service/Sales is attached. It is actually quite humorous. My favorite quote from Verizon : "We do not have a channel called QAM".
Anyway, if someone has or can direct me to a QAM channel list for FIOS in Delaware (zip 19808), I would be most appreciative (the SiliconDust site only lists Comcast and OTA).
