[Networking] Cannot use a mail client to connect to email

First, I've been on chat with Verizon for the better part of an hour and they were no help. I have two verizon email accounts on the same verizon FiOS account. I have outlook 2010 access email on one account without a problem (it is the primary account) using Outlook and an Android device. However, starting a few months ago, I can no longer access the second email account using Outlook 2010, Thunderbird, iPhone, iPad, or the Android device. I can access the account on Verizon webmail so I know the account is good. I get an error that says "Send test e-mail message: Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings." I know the login and password is good because I can use it with WebMail. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on? I don't fault Vz first line support, they go by script, but when that didn't solve the problem they basically shut down and wouldn't provide any further help. My wife is about to blow a gasket because she cant access her email from her iPad or from Outlook. Please Help! Thanks, - mike
