[Networking] Trying To Use Two Actiontec MI424WR Routers With Diffrent LANs

Hello, I hope that I posted in the right place. My end goal is to have two Actiontec MI424WR Routers on different LANs. One acting as my primary router and the other simply used to break up the separate subnet. In addition, I would like for both networks to be able to talk with other. I had this working before, but something broke and I cant remember what I did before to get it it working. Right now router A on 192.168.10.X is my primary router. The secondary router B connects from its WAN port to a LAN port on router A. Router B's WAN port is configured with a 10.0.0.X with router A's IP as its GW. Router A has a static route setup in the advanced configuration that point to the 10.0.0.0 network. Right now I cant ping from one network to the other. At one point I was able to but im not sure if I messed something up or I simple had a bad configuration to begin with. Any ideas on this? Thanks
