I'm hoping someone from verizon sees this and can help.
Basically I pay for a 75 down/35 up connection.
On various speed tests, I get anywhere from 0.5 to 10 up and 80 down.
I've chatted with support twice about this issue. The first session, they scheduled a tech to come out, but we then cancelled when the up speed came back. I checked again this week and upstream was again degrading. My next chat session resulted in tech sending me a new router, but still same problem.
I've done the optimization fix from the verzion site. I'm using a direct wired connection to the router. Not sure what else I can do. They keep telling me it's fixed, but it's obviously not.
